The convention is that a sub-forum for a site is only created when there is enough content posted for it.

In the case that you are requesting content for it, you should read the Request Rules and then make your request accordingly in the appropriate sub-forum.

I also remember, probably from another forum, or past version of this site.  The admin said, that that specific content, was the most difficult to "acquire".  The content creators are singularly tenacious with their lawyers for that ownership rights.
