The one i said work is you have access to it when you login. Not sure if there is a way to bypass it being private.

if you're still looking for alternatives, jdownloader can help you, it scans for every photo/video on the account but if the account is private you can login via the account manager and still get access to it

if you do some searching on their forums you can even customise how the files are named so you could stick their username in with it too

You can also use 4k stogram. It download everything pics videos and stories too if you set it to. For private account you need access and login in the app.

 

I guess free version gives 4 accounts to download but windows crack is easily available
