They are supposed to get access to all contents in this forum but the point system is currently not active so in a sense everyone is vip. Btw you should definitely upload. 1 1 Link to comment

Normal members can also earn access to them. However, as @cptpricetoes already alluded, since the points system is currently disabled, everyone has full access to all of the content right now.
